The natural landscapes through which the trail passes offer the pleasure of the Mediterranean and the pristine beauty of the interior of the Istrian peninsula. A circular trail starts in the unique bay of the Lim Channel, where the wildlife is remarkably rich and varied, and then continues uphill towards the scenic viewpoint. St. Martin’s Church can also be found here, a place that overlooks the marvellous views of the Lim Channel.A number of old churches, especially those associated with the Benedictine monasteries can be found around the Lim Channel and Limska draga, as well as elsewhere in southern and western Istria. In fact, this religious order arrived in Istria shortly after its founding in the 6th century.Like the river that once flew here, we descend again towards the Lim Channel and the seashore from Limska draga.
